Shipping & Pick Up Policies
Standard shipping rates apply based on combined total weight of items purchased. Final shipping charge will be calculated and shown at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We do not claim responsibility for lost or stolen packages. USPS Tracking will be provided for all packages mailed by Jade + Jasper. If for some reason you believe your package to be lost or stolen, please contact USPS to submit a claim.
LOCAL PICK UP
Order pick up is available at our storefront in West Fargo, ND. If you are local to the Fargo/Moorhead/West Fargo area and wish to pick up your items in the store, you may opt to select 'local pick up' at check out to avoid shipping charges. If you make this selection, you are expected to pick up your items in store. They will not be shipped. If you make this selection by mistake, please contact us for a separate shipping invoice.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be fulfilled. We will contact you via e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. If your order is placed on a day that the store is closed, it is likely to be fulfilled/shipped the next day the store is open.
It is the customer's responsibility to pick up their order in a timely manner. If items are not picked up/claimed within 60 days, they will be forfeited by the customer and restocked or donated. Refunds will not be issued for abandoned or forgotten items.
CONTESTS, GIVEAWAYS & STORE CREDIT
Giveaway and contest prizes are held for in store pick up for 30 days after the prize has been won. We will make our best attempt to reach each customer via social media, or by phone/e-mail if applicable. If you do not claim your winnings within 30 days, the item will be forfeited or returned to the sales floor.
Store credit that is awarded via giveaway must be used within 30 days, or will be forfeited.
